Wild Ramp Publishing is a Chicago-based micro-press dedicated to zines and chapbooks about popular culture, identity and social issues. Wild Ramp prioritizes the immediacy, accessibility, and creative freedom of zine-making as a tool for cultural criticism and storytelling. We believe zines are a vital medium for interrogating mass media, documenting lived experience, and imagining new futures.
Rooted in a DIY ethos, Wild Ramp uses zine-making as a tool for critical storytelling, community-building, and creative experimentation. We also reinvest proceeds into microgrants that support zinesters and DIY creators.
