Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema (BHOC) is a 20+ years-old community-based film festival presenting free screenings of diverse local filmmakers’ works in Bernal parks, playgrounds, and public spaces to build and engage community while increasing the recognition of artists by neighborhood and citywide residents.
